Ému par la disparition tragique et mystérieuse de Jeremiah Duggan, le chanteur de Starsailor a écrit d'un trait une chanson extrêmement touchante de compassion et d'amour de son prochain. Accompagné d'une guitare acoustique et d'un orgue discret en arrière-plan, il chante des mots simples sur une belle mélodie, triste comme le souvenir que laissent les photos souriantes des pierres tombales. L'album très rock On the Outside se referme ainsi sur un pur moment d'émotion, une gerbe folk déposée à la mémoire de tous les inconnus qui, comme Jeremiah, sont fauchés avant l'heure par le hasard injuste de nos existences.
